Perry Lemay, Inspector and owner, has over twenty years of residential and commercial building/restoration experience in Southern New Hampshire. Along with his fifteen years as an ASHI Certified Home Inspector he brings his extensive knowledge of structural and mechanical experience to every inspection.

Dolly Lemay, our Administrative Director has over eighteen years of experience in management and operations which will ensure a smooth transition with the inspection of your new property. Dolly will ensure that all your inspection needs are met in a timely manner and provide quality customer service.

We encourage your attendance at the inspection and welcome questions.  The comprehensive computer printed report with accompanying photos is sent in a PDF style format in most cases the next business day.  We pride ourselves on the customer service we provide and are always available to answer any questions you may have after the inspection.
